Configurable Default Radius for Autobuild and Automatch

What's new?
Search Admins can now configure the default radius used for location searches in Autobuild and Automatch. This setting is available in Search Admin and allows each organization to define the radius that best fits its recruiting workflows. Previously, the system always applied a fixed default radius of 30 miles or kilometers, depending on locale.
Why does it matter?
A fixed radius does not always return the most relevant results for teams recruiting across different regions. Allowing admins to set a custom default radius ensures that location-based searches align more closely with real hiring needs and reduces the need for users to adjust search criteria manually.
How do I enable this?
As an admin user, you can configure the default radius by following these steps:
- Go to Menu > Admin > Search Admin.
- Select the Autobuild and Automatch Administration tab.
- Under Full Address, locate the Default radius range field and update it to your preferred radius.
Note: The distance unit (miles or kilometers) is determined by your locale settings.
